**CAPACITI - Technical Support Learnership Programme 2025 (CPT)**

**Proposed Start Date**: 1 April 2025 (12 Month Programme Duration)
**Location**: 97 Durham Ave, Salt River, Cape Town, 7925

- Complete and submit assessments and projects as required throughout the program.

- Communicate with your team of mentors and managers respectfully and professionally.
- Be open to new, challenging, exciting, life-changing interventions and career activations.

**What will you gain at the end of the programme?**

**To apply, you need to meet the following criteria**:
**1.**South African Nationality (Born Citizenship).

**2**. Between the age range of 18 - 34 years old.

**3**. Meet the minimum NQF level qualification - **Completed NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.**

**4**. Experience in customer service or call centres **(Advantageous). No prior work experience needed.**

**5.** Provide your academic record and certificate of highest academic achievement.

**6.** Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and understanding of IT concepts (Hardware, Software, Networking) with knowledge of IT solutions and customer engagement.

**7**. Any exposure to coding **(Python)** and willingness to learn Linux, Cloud Computing and Automation.

**8.** Interest in business development, customer success or project management and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

**9.**Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well in a team and independently.

**10.** No criminal record and a clear credit history.

**12.** Able to attend full-time Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) and commit to the full 12-month Programme and committed to completing it.
