We’re looking for an energetic, dynamic and confident digital marketing specialist to support our team. We need someone whose natural knack for digital storytelling can translate our industry-leading projects into content suitable for a wide variety of platforms.
It is essential that you are able to independently deliver perfect projects in a tight timeline. You will be responsible for the strategy, content, and operation of all our electronic communication channels; without the assistance of a larger team or an agency.
Duties
Social media
Strategy and planning
Create and post multimedia content
Manage online community Video and audio library management

**Produce video and audio**: conceptualisation, recording, editing and uploading according to the latest trends
Write and edit
Facilitate approval process
Setup and distribute approved newsletters
Website maintenance
Update website with approved content
Monitor and report website analytics with suggestions of enhancement
Monitor website content and update/remove accordingly
Optimise SEO of content and website
Manage updates and enhancements to the intranet
Reporting

Provide analytics, insight and intelligence on performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing
Required skills
At least four years’ relevant working experience
Up to date with the latest industry standards and trends
Knowledge of design and digital storytelling trends
Digital campaign development from conceptualisation to reporting
Great eye for composition, imagery and typography
Detail oriented
Fast, efficient, meticulous
Ability to deliver great work under tight deadlines
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Ability to measure performance of all digital campaigns against ROI targets and adjust as needed
Advantageous skills
Experience in membership organisation marketing
Knowledge and experience of Your Membership system
SEO, Google Ads and analytics
Personal skills/attributes
Creative thinker with a passion for multi-platform design and stories
Self-aware and emotionally intelligent
Mature with a trusted habit of professional behaviour
