Pallet control note with the number of pallets to be loaded

Ensure all PCN must be received back from transporters at chep as per procedure

Ensure all PCN is listed on relevant excel spreadsheets and taken off as soon as pallets are received back.

Invoice clients per pallet and credit when pallets are returned

MY CHEP system to be kept up to date throughout the day

All returns and issues of pallets to be filled together

Transfer Hire Acceptance Agreement with relevant customers to be kept up to date and reconciled.

Making continuous improvements, maintaining high standards and making sure management information is accurate.

Protect worker’s / whistle blowers from reprisal when reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Must have matric

At least 3 years Chep experience

Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced proficiency)

Experience with SharePoint will be advantageous

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be pro-active and have the ability to work independently

Attention to detail and good organizing skills

Ability to work systematically under pressure
