**REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
- Must have own transport
- Computer Literate AND Datatim advantageous
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Customer and service orientated
- Be able to perform under pressure and make critical decisions on the fly
- Accountable, responsible, reliable with an eye for detail
- Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Must be able to work in a highly target driven team

**DUTIES**
- Manage day to day operations, within a team, of drivers and subcontractors in the road transport industry operating nationwide
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sub-contractors
- Keep clients and the team informed regarding status of loads constantly
- Constantly interacting and organising in line with the clients and team requirements
- Performing under pressure and making critical decisions when needed
- Operating daily within a strong willed and highly target driven team
- Ensuring that there is a smooth process flow of goods from clients and customers
- Ensure that the procedure and cycle through which goods are passed is well-coordinated from the origin to the destination
- Acting as first point of contact with clients and maintaining good customer relations
- Carrying out customer orders and planning on time deliveries
- Ensure effective vehicle utilisation and route planning

**Salary**: R15 R25k, dependent on experience
