**Job Opportunity**:
Caterpillar Europe, Asia, Middle East (EAME) Supplier Finance (SF) Regional Centre provides payment terms and approval management service to Caterpillar Procurement teams and facilities across the globe. A position is open within the department which will include providing reposting on standard and non-standard payments terms, this includes administration of the payments terms approval system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the enterprise payment strategy with specific focus on key performance indicators reporting to the Procurement verticals
- Support Senior Management with their ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners, including Master Data Mgmt. and Procurement Service Centre groups
- Promote a customer relationship-oriented culture within the team
- Suggest and implement process improvements in the end-to-end payment terms approval process and compliance, including root cause analysis
- Seek opportunities to simplify, harmonize and standardize operational processes that promote good governance to purchasing practices and enterprise policies
- Use comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable systems, Excel, Power BI and frequently interact and work outside of the workgroup to achieve common goals
- Support initiatives outside team to represent the group (documenting processes, making presentations, training etc.)
- Provide escalation support to facilities and process partners
- Support ITP projects and continuous improvement initiatives

**Skills and Experience**:
Essential Criteria:

- Solid Excel experience (formulas, pivots and data manipulation)
- Operational knowledge of SAP and similar ERP AP systems
- High attention to detail with a logical and clear thought process for problem solving
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 0365 Suite

Desirable criteria:

- Awareness of Caterpillar Procurement verticals and hierarchies
- Knowledge of system workflow processes or O365 forms
- Awareness of Power BI Dashboards
