We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and detail-driven **Physiotherapist** to become part of our dynamic team. You’ll provide patient-focused rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on back, neck, and musculoskeletal conditions using the **DBC protocol** alongside other evidence-based treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, hands-on physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients about their condition, expected outcomes, and treatment journey.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient management.
- Keep accurate, compliant records and clinical reports.
- Stay up to date with CPD requirements and maintain registration with professional bodies (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
- Take part in clinical meetings and patient feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Guide patients through the DBC program and conservative treatment options.
- Manage non-DBC patients with appropriate assessment, documentation, and referrals.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy
- Registered with the **HPCSA**:

- CPD compliant and current
- At least 1-2 years’ post comserv experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (preferred)
- Strong foundation in manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical tools
