**Job Advert**:
We have an exciting opprtunity for a HR Administrator within our Distribution Centre This position will be based at our DC in Hammarsdale, KZNr and will report directly to the HR Manager.
By taking on this opportunity, you will be providing a holistic HR administrative service and support to the Supply chain, Data & Technology business unit within Ackermans. You will also be responsible for supporting and manage key people initiatives, ensuring that an effective service is rendered to stakeholders in support of HR strategies.
**Qualifications**:
Grade 12 Certificate/Matric?
An HR qualification or studying towards an HR Qualification
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- POPIA (Personnel Information)?
- HRIS systems:
- Neptune
- Jarrison Time (Time and Attendance system)
- Avigilon (Access Control system)
- Payspace would be advantageous
- High levels of confidentiality, credibility, and trust.
- Customer services focused both internally and externally and ensure good interpersonal relationships.
- Accuracy in execution, attention to detail and reliability in meeting set deadlines and work with sense of urgency.
- Be innovative and show initiative.
- Be self-reliant, self-motivated and take responsibility and have a sense of pride in work execution.
- Resilient and able to work in organization that is undergoing change.
- Be able to work under pressure and
- Has excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Has working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
**Key Responsibilities**:
PAYROLL
- Ensure all payroll input is completed and submitted to payroll before deadline (COA, contracts, etc).?
- Ensure that all filing is kept up to date regarding payroll.?
- To assist with and resolve any payroll queries.?
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
- Advertise vacant positions on our e-recruitment system.??
- Schedule interviews and print CVs and interview guides.??
- Assist with the typing out of letter of appointments, contracts and offer ??
- Assist with the preparation of induction packs and sign-on paperwork and scheduling of induction appointments.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Taking of minutes in disciplinary meetings
- Update database with any IR issues.?
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Assist with coordination of planned training &Development events, on any training needed, including Induction, Virtual Training.
- Capture training records
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
- Assist with the compilation of any HR reports.?
- Ensure that all reporting documents are kept up to date.?
- Assist with co-ordination of events such as CSI, Culture and Social Club events?or any other.
