PR Account Manager - Johannesburg

A Seasoned PR Account Manager position is available for a global agency in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Hybrid: Remote & Office Based

**Salary**: R35 000 - R45 000

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in a PR agency with matching qualification
- To manage large local portfolio’s
- To build strong client relationships and be considered a potential company leader
- Strong media relations

**Duties**:

- To meet performance requirements and growth projections
- To act in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times and be familiar with and support achievement of, the company’s vision and exemplify the company’s values
- Must have experience at managing budgets, suppliers, internal team
- Should have established media, professional, industry, consumer and other relevant contacts
- To anticipate client needs and problems and develop creative and effective solutions
- To be responsible for overall development of programmes based on team input
- To build and develop agency and client accounts and resources
- To provide leadership in building effective, productive account teams
- To act in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times and routinely invest in building agency morale and capacities
