**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 2 years construction background with deep knowledge of construction industry
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Surveyor knowledge will be beneficial
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks according to priorities and goals
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations
- Monitor hours and expenditure
- Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong problem solving
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
