**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen stock efficiently

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations

Collaborate with management to improve kitchen processes and menu offerings

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager (3 years non negotiable)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulation

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: R7 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Kitchen manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Restaurant : 3 years (preferred)
