Edge Fitness is looking for a hardworking energetic individual to make sure their equipment is well maintained and running smoothly.

**1.** **Managing Effectiveness**:

- Ensure equipment is always in a good state, ready to use
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Actively participate in collaborative work and development.
- Consistently model positive and professional behaviour.
- Maintain regular and frequent communication with Service managers, Regional Managers, and other relevant parties

**2.** **Operations**:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Follow a weekly preventative maintenance plan to ensure less downtime for equipment
- Contact suppliers to get quotes on needed parts - have a good relationship with all suppliers
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance checks and services on equipment.
- Repair and replace equipment and facility fixtures when needed.
- Work with others to execute risk reduction measures and provide care in emergency situations.
- Attend staff meetings and educational trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
