**Brits Area - North West**: Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agricultural qualification - minimum, a Diploma
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiar with Global GAP standards and good administrative skills
- Technically strong in citrus program - pest control, fertilization and irrigation.
- Ability to speak local language an advantage
- Valid code 14 driving license

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**
- Plan work, allocate responsibilities/work, lead and supervise workers.
- Manage irrigation schedules; ensure accurate execution of spray and fertilization programs.
- Maximise productivity at the highest quality level and ensure export requirements are met.
- Monitors harvest
- Keep records of all work done
- Well keeping of farm equipment; reporting breakages; submitting required materials e.g. chemicals, fertilizers.
