Regional Trainer

Plan for and coordinate all training activities for all sites/areas
- Compiles and maintains training matrices to ensure competence in the specific plant/area is measured.
- Compiles training plans based on identified training needs, and required resources.
- Develops on-the-job training courses, facilitator and assessments guides to meet and maintain competence in the specific plant/area.
- Evaluate training material to ensure that the changes in legislation, OI's, policies and related changes are incorporated accordingly.
- Maintains accurate records of training interventions conducted
- Schedules, and coordinates training interventions, venues, attendance registers, and reports on all training processes.
- Coordinates and/or conducts plant on-the-job and technical training interventions.
- Attend courses conducted by external providers on an ad hoc basis to ensure quality facilitation is taking place.
- Conduct audits on employee training records.
- Source training providers for specialized training interventions
- Compiles training reports for various stakeholders and compiles information for WSP and ATR submission to Chieta
- Participate in compliance audits as scheduled and present L&D data as required
- Provide high quality training to internal and external clients
- Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to establish training needs

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12.
- National Certificate Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices level
- Assessor Certificate
- Moderator Certificate (advantageous)
- 3 - 5 years Mining experience
- Trade Certificate (Electrical/Mechanical/Millwright)
- Blasting Certificate
- In depth knowledge of MMU’s and MCU’s - Operation; Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- In depth knowledge of PCU Pumps Maintenance; Operation and Troubleshooting
