**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical information regarding products and services.
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
- Technical Expertise:

- Leverage engineering or technical background to provide accurate product recommendations and solutions.
- Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Administrative Duties:

- Prepare and process sales documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed sales support.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Education:

- Matric
- Experience:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales or technical support role within the engineering or steel industry.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: Up to R10 000,00 per month
