**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant degree with minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen, finance reports, budgets, and costing experience
- Intuitive people personnel skills
- Ability to think and act strategically, systemically whilst managing operationally
- Oversee daily processes, improve and simplify systems for smooth running of daily operations
- Onboard, manage and grow staff and their skills set
- Ability to engage with people on all levels
- Meeting with Clients, network and sustain strong client relationships
- Inspire creativity, innovation and solution thinking
- Verbal & written communication in English and Afrikaans
- Must be available on weekends if problems occur and to interact with clients when needed at all times

**DUTIES**:

- Manage the large staff complement overseeing daily operations including staff, sales, administration and finances
- Daily interactions on site with staff and clients
- Managing the operations alongside the Owner
- Ensure delivery of strategies, tactical objectives and ongoing operational goals, targets, and budgets
- Ensure all employees are aligned to the value of the business, manage their work profiles so they are working effectively and successfully
- Develop and implement plans to improve the current systems and processes
- Facilitate training and methods to improve staff operations dealing with customers
- Ensure that financial and administrative processes and controls are consistently, effectively and efficiently applied and adhered to
- Continually simplifying systems to ensure the best and smooth running of their operation
- Communicate openly and with integrity at all times with staff and management
- On weekends when not involved with the operation be available to take calls at all times
- Manage growth opportunities and future projects
- Daily management meetings
- Manage reports and ensure all systems are adhered to and followed through by all staff in all areas of the operation
