**Permanent Position**

**Marketed Related Monthly Salary + Benefits (Benefits include 50 % Medical Aid, Provident Fund, as well as Cell Phone Allowance, Travel Allowance, and use of company computer and equipment.**

**Experience**:

- Ideally must have worked in the Paper Industry for 5 -10 years
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels and understand the industry, have a good relationship with the Production Manager at the customer.

- 5 - 10 yrs experience and have a knowledge of Paper Machines and Paper Processing
- Process Engineer trained and or qualified
- Computer literate and able to operate several different types of test equipment
- Self-motivated and able to work for long periods on their own
- Fit and Healthy i.e. Able to work in hot wet environments and often at heights
- Have a valid driving licence and be prepared to travel locally
- Prepared to work away from home for several days at one time on a weekly basis
- Able to perform statistical data analysis
- Working from a home office
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- To carry machine surveys, forming, pressing and drying on all paper machines. When the machine is using a shoe press belt, surveys on the shoe belt will also be included when machine is shut. Shut work inspections are required on all PMC.
- Collect and record data from paper machines and carry some statistical analysis
- Should be able to advice machine settings to optimize the performances of our product on machines
- Report the customer needs and expectation to the technical and sales group. Using all tools and channels set out by the the Office
- Be efficient with admin as required by the job and HR
- Assist with setting and managing sales budgets
- Together with the team implement strategies to meet targets and grow the SOM
