**Job Advert Summary**:
You will work closely with merchandise planning teams, buying teams and HOD’s to craft the total allocation strategy for PnP Clothing.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Work closely with merchandise planning teams, buying teams and HOD’s to craft the total allocation strategy for PnP Clothing

Manage a team of allocators to ensure best possible delivery of the department’s KPI’s through the allocation process

Constant review of stock positions to ensure appropriate stock levels/cover by store/region/format

Manage new store opening process - allocations on time and on budget

Maintain location plans at store level to ensure stock budgets are aligned to forecasted sales

Maintain store grades pre-season and in-season

Daily/Weekly allocation reporting and tracking

Develop knowledge of stores and region performance through data analysis to develop short and long-term strategies

Train and develop new Allocators

Manage adhoc special projects for area of responsibility (trial merchandise, colabs, calendar events, etc)

Develop key allocation strategies/logic and approaches that will help drive seasonal category sell throughs and minimise markdowns

System maintenance and admin of Bluyonder allocations

Store SAP admin

Partner closely with DC team to manage flow of stock into and out of the CDC

Logistics KPI’s - reporting and tracking

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting/Finance or related

Min of 3 Years Retail Allocating Experience (Clothing)

Must be computer literate - Microsoft suite

Retail Clothing Systems knowledge and understanding
