**I.T. Facilitator**

Looking for a qualified IT professional with training experience who can facilitate a range of programmes: IT Tech Support, Cloud Administration, Data Science, Systems Dev. etc

Minimum Qualifications Requirements:

- Holder of a minimum **Diploma or higher** I.T. related qualification
- Teaching / facilitation qualification
- Solid on the job experience in facilitating IT Programmes.
- Competitive administrative practice
- Assessor trained
- **MICT SETA**registered an added advantage
- Moderator trained an added advantage
- To / have worked with or facilitated to students using a learning record
- To communicate effectively with fellow IT staff & users of information systems for the delivery of IT learning programmes.
- To demonstrate an understanding of different types of computer systems and the use of computer technology in IT development and design for skills transfer in educational delivery.
- To make up electronic POE and have learning evidence collection skills

Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes:
The individual should be able to:

- Facilitate to special needs unemployed youth of varied ability
- Administer occupational training practical’s administration and simulated exposure
- Compile training and occupational skills delivery reports
- Collect and review portfolio of learning evidence
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Industry they will be pursuing a career in.

**Personal qualities and skills abilities**
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines professionally with team ethics
- Communication skills - the ability to present ideas and information clearly
- Excellent standard of organisational skills and Time Management - the ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure key targets are met, whilst maintaining a high standard of work and accuracy concisely and accurately both verbally and in writing
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and Management of training expectations
- A willingness to work flexibly and versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners enable the College to achieve its priorities in work role
- Interpersonal skills - the ability to build and maintain effective professional student wellbeing in training and skills learning success
- Must demonstrate suitability to work with youth and vulnerable adults
- Skills set abilities with added advantage:

- Microsoft Office Suite
- ICDL/ ECDL certificate
- A+, Network+, MCSE, Cisco

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
