**Job Specification**:
Ensure that Stock usage and issuing are strictly monitored to minimize Resource Wastage.

Report any abuse and/or misuse of company resources.

Ensure that Stock levels are properly monitored and recorded to ensure prior stock orders before stock runs out.

Ensure that the Depot uses only company approved suppliers.

Ensure that Supplies are bought at the lowest costs to the company while maintaining quality.

Ensure that any broken stock items get reported to Depot Management for investigation and possible recovery from the employee.

Ensure that all Stock Team comply with the client’s property rules and regulations.

Ensure that all Stock Team comply with the client’s housekeeping regulations and rules.

Keep the Stock Control system up to date and plan future capacity requirements.

Ensure correct execution of functions of Stock Issues, Receipt Issues, Purchase Request and Warehouse Transfer

Control inventory levels by doing a physical count and managing the stock control system.

Manage warehouse space efficiently.

Brief Warehouse Foreman and Depot Manager daily on any issues in stock levels that arose during the day and night.

Ensure maximum warehouse utilization.

Protect stock against elements.

Ensure Stock Rotation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
