**Marketing Personnel Job requirements**
- Must have a National Diploma in Marketing or other relevant qualification
- Must have an understanding of Marketing Principles and techniques
- Must have Proven experience working in marketing
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Should have Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Support the marketing coordinator in overseeing the department’s operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Telemarketing and Cold Calling.
- Procurement of marketing material
- Record all marketing finance/budget including expenditure
- Marketing of the facility and services offered to different stakeholders
- Coordinating communications to clinicians and general practitioners to build a referral base.
- Social media marketing
- Writing articles for the website blogs.
- Management of Clinicians data base
- Manage community involvement projects.
- Plan and project manage the publication of publicity material.
- Liaise with Patients and their loved ones.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
