Reaction Force Manager

Management of divisional reaction, control-room and Supervisory personnel and equipment in his area as per relevant legislation and company policy.
- Complying and enforcement with instructions and procedures as laid down by the management from time to time.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are covered per shift and contact the relevant manager in events of non-compliance. Ensure that all administrative functions which are required for the efficient and cost effective management of the operation is adhered to as per company guidelines.
- Ensuring that reaction force officers (RFO), reaction force supervisors (RFS) and control-room operators (CRO) and control-room supervsiors(CRS) is managed cost-effectively and to the advantage of the company’s image **eg. Ensure notes are made for alarms with excessive signals, disciplinary actions against officers failing to adhere to the minimum standards and standard operating procedures of the company ect.**
- Ensure that management information is available on-time.
- Ensure that the minimum standard as set out in the Standards and Objectives for each department are met.
- Ensure new clients for the area as per targets are gained.

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
- PSIRA Grade A (required)
- Fire Arm Competency Certificate (required)
- Minimum 3 year experience as RFM (required)
