- Position is with Client Support/Relations in the Network Operating Centre (NOC)- Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all incoming client calls are timeously answered.
- Ensure that all client queries are effectively dealt with and that clients are kept updated on the resolution of queries.
- Ensure that daily stats are completed re queries handled.
- Ensure that the Call-out Technician’s schedule is kept updated.
- Ensure that the Daily Incoming Fault List is completed on a weekly basis.**Inherent Requirements**
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 1 - 2 years in a customer services environment.
- Wireless Internet experience preferred - knowledge of routers and an understanding of wireless networks
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good communication Skills: Written & Verbal
- Basic office skills
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate and have the aptitude to quickly learn “first line” problem solving of client connectivity issues.
- Ability to handle a highly pressurized environment
- Ability to work in a open-plan office environment
- Team Player
- Willing and able to be on standby after hours and weekends, once or twice per month (rotated amongst team) - overtime paid and employee is provided with a standby phone, laptop and home connectivity.**What Qualification**
