**SPA / ADMIN COORDINATOR - PRETORIA**

**Beauty industry knowledge is a requirement.**
- We are looking for a professional receptionist to co-ordinate the clinic reception & academy administration in an up-market Aesthetic Academy & Clinic._

**Salary**: R8000

Should you be a qualified therapist and do treatments as well you will earn the following commission as well. 10% on retail & 15% on services

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 08h00 - 17h00 or 09h00 - 18h00 depending on schedule.

Saturdays will be alternating weekends 08h00 - 14h00, in which case a full day off will be given to counter the hours worked on Saturday.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: COMPULSORY**
- Higher qualifications - national diploma beauty/somatology or higher certificate in front office administration
- Speak English & Afrikaans excellently
- Must be energetic, vibrant and motivated
- Excellent telephone skills
- Work under pressure and meeting targets
- Excellent admin skills with attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Mature, dependable, responsible and hardworking, Professional & reliable applicant
