**Strategic Impact Of The Role**

To manage the day to day operational requirements in driving all marketing collateral to create brand, jackpot and winner awareness through the most effective and appropriate marketing strategies for the relevant products in order to drive sales. This requires effective management and maximisation of owned, earned and bought media platforms.

**Academic Qualification(s)**
- Bachelors and/or Postgraduate Business Degree/IMM Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
**Relevant Experience**
- 3 -5 years experience as a Product Marketing Manager
- Solid expertise with Excel; demonstrate outstanding data analysis. (Higher grade in maths and statistics essential)
- Project management experience i.e. managing a number of large multi-stakeholder projects in parallel in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in building complex marketing programs and report on results
- Product management and brand development
**Job Requirements, Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of gaming products, services, marketing tools and media types
- Knowledge of how to effectively maximise media to drive brand visibility
- Understand prize tables, game specifications, full understanding of odds, pay-outs and jackpots
- Ability to draft full game rules and regulations. (Attention to detail is a must)
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, identify business development opportunities, conduct and coordinate game and brand research on business targets and assist in developing tailored game and marketing strategies
- Manage and support game budgets
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and after hours
- Up to date Knowledge of social media & marketing platforms, tools and best practices
