**Senior Portfolio Manager - Sectional and Full Title Property Management - (Pretoria)**

**Minimum requirements**:

- MRI management system experience would be advantageous
- Matric Certificate or higher qualification
- Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
- Previous Property Management experience
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations and acts
- Certificate for Paddocks Sectional Title course would be advantageous
- Strong financial and accounting background is crucial
- Own reliable transport
- Must be organized and schedule driven (time management skills)
- Must be willing and able to contribute to the service level expectations provided by seniors and management of the company
- Attention to details
- Fluent in the English and Afrikaans language
- Valid drivers License & Reliable vehicle
- Administration and management of a portfolio of Sectional Title and Homeowners Associations
- Review of monthly financial statements sent to stakeholders
- Review and correction of audited financial statements
- Provide support and advice to stakeholders (legal, maintenance and financial)
- Drafting of annual budgets for schemes
- Managing maintenance requests and understanding requests and instructions from trustees and the processing thereof, with assistance of an assistant
- Overseeing of insurance claims recorded and registered at the brokers, with assistance of an assistant
- Typing of minutes of meetings
