- **Desired Experience & Qualification**_

Completed matric

Computer literacy in MS Office

Experience in Syspro or similar ERP systems

At least 5 year experience in parts sales

At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_

Meet goals and metrics by support and executing the Parts growth strategy for the aggressive and profitable expansion of the P&A branch sales and profitability.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Team to ensure the achievement of set objectives.

Analysis of sales data to optimise Parts Sales team sales turn-over.

Implement and management processes to monitor staff lost sales and implement corrective action.

Build and maintain close involvement with potential and existing customers as categorized under, internal, Partnerships, Re-sellers and External.

Maintain a close working relationship with the Service Repair Center.

Optimise product range and service offering to Service Repair Center.

Implement customer complaint control process, always maximize customer satisfaction.

Connect within area of responsibility with customers and build lasting relationships.

Implement and maintain robust communication processes from P&A team to all customers.
