**Salary**:
Basic salary is market related and based on your last / current package and relevant brand related working experience + incentives + company car + fuel. Company contributions on medical aid and provident fund is part of the package.

**Description**:
Your main function is to assist in whatever manner necessary to maintain the smooth operation of the business while providing an excellent standard of customer service and create profits for the stakeholders.

Further duties will include motivating and management of your team to achieve set sales targets, procuring stock and management of reconditioning of vehicles and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Tertiary Qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Used Car Department Sales Manager at a franchise dealership using Kerridge / Evolve.
- Clear criminal record and credit record without no judgements.
- Ability to source stock.
- Ability to manage a team to achieve set sales targets.
