Responsible for all buying procurement and buying functions in the company.

**Qualifications**:

- MINIMUM 2 YEARS’ BUYING EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE/ HEAVY EQUIPMENT PARTS.
- PREVIOUS INVENTORY EXPERIENCE IN EARTHMOVING/ MINING EQUIPMENT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- EMPHASIS ON EXCEL REPORTING - WELL DEVELOPED EXCEL SKILLS A MUST

**Duties**:

- UPDATING AND MAINTAINING PARTS REQUISITIONS FROM OPERATIONAL SITES
- SOURCING PARTS FROM EXISTING AND NEW SUPPLIERS
- RECEIVING PARTS FROM SUPPLIERS
- ISSUE PARTS TO DIFFERENT OPERATIONAL SITES
- SCHEDULING COMPANY DRIVER FOR PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
- DAILY REPORTING ON INVENTORY MOVEMENT AND QUANTITIES IN EXCEL
- LIASE WITH AFFECTED PARTIES AS FAR AS THEIR INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS/ REQUISITIONS OR REPORTING REQUIREMENTS ARE CONCERNED
