Etqa Facilitator/assessor/moderator- Fp&mseta

Leap Skills Development Institute is seeking **freelance FP&META accredited Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators** for upcoming digital and technical skills training projects. We are looking for professionals with a background in facilitating Microsoft certifications, aligned with the requirements of FP&M SETA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate Microsoft training programs in line with FP&MSETA ETA accreditation standards.
- Assist learners in compiling Portfolios of Evidence (POE) for Furnature Making and or certifications.
- Conduct both formative and summative assessments.
- Complete administrative tasks, including the compilation of facilitator and assessor reports.
- Ensure that POEs are complete with all necessary documentation.
- Report to the Learning Programmes Manager/Project Manager via a project management system (training will be provided).

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- **NC Furnature Making: Wood** certification.
- **GETC Clothing Manufacturing Processes**:

- **FP&M SETA accreditation** as a Facilitator, Assessor, or Moderator.
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in ETQA roles.
- Matric qualification.
- Valid **driver’s license** and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- **Laptop and relevant equipment** for remote facilitation.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft certification pathways.
- Administrative and organizational skills for managing learner progress and reporting.
