The **Logistics Specialist** will be responsible for initiating, managing, and executing the movement of orders while preparing, distributing, and maintaining all documentation. **ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare documents for export loads.
- Coordinate customs clearance as well as inspection as required.
- Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.
- Control free time of containers and review demurrage/detention invoices prior to payment.
- Review weekly Vendor invoices and approve payment.
- Set up daily container traffic with vendors.
- Assisting internal and external customers in solving issues.
- Cooperation and coordination of work with strategic vendors.
- Cooperation with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storages, agencies, other AJC offices to ensure a successful logistic process.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-5 years of international logistics import/export, inventory, documentation, and transportation experience required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel, is required.
