**Position Overview**
They are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to identify and engage potential customers, as well as support our current clients.

Key Responsibilities
- ** Engage Customers**: Effectively present and sell our products/services to both new and existing clients using compelling arguments.
- ** Analyze Needs**: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor solutions for customers.
- ** Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- ** Lead Generation**: Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling.
- ** Problem Resolution**: Quickly address customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- ** Meet Targets**: Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.
- ** Collaborate**: Work closely with team members and other departments to coordinate efforts.
- ** Market Analysis**: Monitor and report on market trends, sales metrics, and potential new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Experience in metal industry beneficial
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Office 365.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a successful sales track record.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Capable of delivering tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
- Strong relationship management skills and open to feedback.
- Grade 12
- Drivers License

**Benefits**:

- ** Salary**: R 15,000 per month.
- ** Company Vehicle**: Provided for business use.
- ** Office Requirement**: This is an on-site position with required office attendance for administrative tasks.

Work Schedule
- ** Monday to Thursday**: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- ** Friday**: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM
