We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Vehicle Branch Administrator to join a vibrant and upmarket dealership. You will be responsible for processing payments using eWallet, CSV, and EFT loading, managing and reconciling creditors, managing deal files and processing company insurance claims. It is essential that you have at least 2 years of motor dealership administration experience with working knowledge of CDK or similar (Evolve, Kerridge etc)

**Job Requirements**
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dealership Administrator in a franchised motor dealership

Creditors or Accounts experience/knowledge

Proficient in CDK (or similar)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
