Shift Electrician

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform electrical fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on production equipment
- Maintain electrical systems on high-temperature and high-pressure machinery
- Conduct planned and preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Minimise downtime by responding promptly to electrical breakdowns
- Work closely with production teams to resolve issues affecting performance
- Complete job cards and maintenance logs accurately
- Adhere to company safety procedures and ensure compliance with legislative requirements

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in an **automotive manufacturing environment**:

- Proven experience with**:Furnaces, Presses and Process flow lines**:

- Ability to work efficiently **under pressure and to tight deadlines**:

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work **rotating shifts**, weekends, and respond to breakdowns
- Relevant Electrical Trade Qualification (Red Seal preferred)
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations applicable to industrial environments
