- Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary Degree - Supply Chain/Procurement - NQF 8
- 8-10 years experience in a similar role (Category Management - R4bn to R5bn portfolio management experience).
- Sound knowledge of TCO principles and project management.
- Analytical skills and EXCO exposure.
- Exposure to an industrial environment is essential.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear service demand strategy.
- Responsible to ensure cost-effective onsite technical services solutions.
- Development and implementation of a market assessment and sourcing strategies.
- Establish sourcing agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects while tracking technical, commercial and quality performance indicators to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Setting annual budgets.
- Responsible for quality and risk management.
- Ensure effective communication strategy with stakeholders.
