**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for all plumbing related work for Rental Stock within the respective areas of jurisdiction.**
Key Responsibility Areas**:
Lays and maintains underground burst water pipes for council rental stock. Lays and maintains collapsed live sewer pipes for council rental stock. Supervises Handyman Assistants on site. Implementation of proper safety standards. Undertakes related assignments.**
Essential Requirements**:
Trade Certificate (Qualified Artisan Plumber). Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code C1). 2 Years relevant experience**
Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. Diploma or Degree. 3 Years relevant experience**
