- you're a capable and proactive leader who knows how to build a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service;
- you are tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).

**Responsibilities**:

- translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets;
- analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan;
- promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns;
- conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition;
- develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities;
- manage relationships with partners;
- reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.

Working conditions & benefits:

- online training course for beginners;
- stable remuneration (net)/month + annual salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance + possible quarterly bonus for achieving high performance results;
- Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm;
- professional development: based on the results of your work, the company will be happy to identify areas for your growth, expand your functionality or offer a new position in another region of South Africa.

Pay: R16 000,00 - R19 000,00 per month
