Due to record‑breaking levels of enquiries, we're now expanding our sales team by opening an office in Umhlanga to help drive the next phase of our growth and continue scaling the business in the months and years ahead.

**Role overview**
As an Inside Sales Consultant (Business Manager), you will be responsible for handling warm leads from a variety of sources, including website enquiries, inbound phone calls, comparison sites, and scheduled appointments generated by our internal appointment‑setting team.

This is a very fast‑paced role with the average Inside Sales Consultant (Business Manager) currently completing between 5‑8 new deals a day and comes with the following responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage new client enquiries from initial contact through to sign‑up, across multiple channels.
- Maintain and update your sales pipeline using our internal CRM system.
- Accurately capture and input all client information and data into the appropriate databases in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise conversion rates and share best practices.
- Take ownership of staying informed about our services, client needs, and relevant legislative changes.
- Proactively upsell and cross‑sell additional services, including business bank accounts and insurance products.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a high‑volume, telephone‑based sales role
- Proven success using a consultative sales approach
- Energetic, upbeat, and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment

**What we offer**
- Base Salary 25000 SAR per month
- Uncapped commission - OTE 25000 SAR per month in addition to salary
