- **

**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
To capture retailer promotional broadsheets into a database with accuracy and speed to ensure a reliable service to
both retail and manufacturer clients.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Collecting & collating of material to be captured in a timeous manner
- Accurate capturing of retailer broadsheets from newspapers
- Ensuring accuracy of data captured and correct allocation
- Maintaining efficient and accurate flow of information with other operators and branches
- Maintaining accurate and up to date archives
- Supervising and maintenance of equipment

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Matric is a minimum requirement and relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial with at least 1-2 years’

experience in data capturing
- Understanding of retail promotions is beneficial
- Basic computer skills
