**Corporate Driver**

**Location: Midrand**

**Contract engagement**

Role purpose:

- Execution of daily driving for company activities, Client visits, Government visits. Protection of Executive, avoiding threats against assets and people.

Key accountabilities
- Managing the secure transportation of Executives and delegates.
- Identify and prevent any threat against Executives or any assets in transit
- Daily Ad-hoc requests needing transportation of Executives and Collection or drop off of Business collateral.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and provide customer service
- Plan routes to optimize efficiency and avoid traffic congestion
- Ensure the safety of passengers and adhere to traffic laws
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues timeously
- Ensuring that deliveries and collections are made timeously and in the best condition

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience which must include the following:

- Advance driving techniques, offensive and defensive driving
- Threat and risk assessment
- Operational planning
- Valid driver’s licence

- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to work under pressure & remain calm under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable & ability to handle a variety of vehicles

- Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
