**Full Job Description**

This is an commission based position

The Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day admin
- Cold calling from time to time
- Meeting with buyers
- Meeting with sellers

Requierd work experience:

- 2 years sales experience
- Property sales experience (advantage)

Skills and Eduction:

- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be driven to close the deal
- Target driven
- Deadline driven
- Good after service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must have a NQF4 Qualification in Real Eastate

- Driver,s License
- Laptop with licensed Microsoft Office
- Smartphone
- NQF4 Qulification

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- NQF4 Real Estate Qualification (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Claremont, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
