**Job Advert Summary**:
Nutri Feeds is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the agricultural industry. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in advertising, ROI analysis, marketing research, printing industry knowledge, and team leadership.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management

Experience within the agricultural or related industries would be advantageous

Proven track record of success in advertising, with a deep understanding of ROI metrics and marketing analytics

Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of Excel

Must be fully bilingual

Must be willing to travel

Must have a drivers licence and own reliable transport

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Develop, manage and communicate an integrated marketing plan for Nutri Feeds

Develop and manage the execution of an annual calendar for marketing, branding and events activities

Compile and administering a comprehensive marketing budget in line with the marketing strategy and plan

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

Manage and approve all company social media content strategies

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials (promotional items, brochures, labels, leaflets, website and other electronic media)

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

Manage Public & Customer relationships

Evaluate and manage all sponsorship requests, events and executions.

Maintain a good relationship with Buyers in the retail industry
