Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Program Manager - Strategy to join their dynamic team in Middelburg.
- Coordinate cross-project activities, and specifically manage and coordinate the availability of human resources shared between the projects teams.
- Assist project owners in the formulation of projects in accordance with corporate directions.
- Liaise with and assist the project owners in the development, management and reporting of the projects charters.
- Communicate and liaise with the Strategy Department in Madrid regarding project progress.
- Liaise with the companies Finance Department as well as the Manufacturing to ensure the correct benefit calculations for all projects, as well as for the follow-up of the projects.
- Prepare reports for project owners, senior management, and senior management.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years proven project management experience with at least some program management experience is required. Project management experience must include experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and functions.
- Highly effective people management, team building and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- BSc/BEng/BIT or any NQF level 7 degree with specialisation in project management. Additional or specialised project management qualifications (e.g. PPM, PMP, MPM) will be an advantage.
