**Job Purpose**:
Execute the day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations at the Kasha storage facility. Ensure the warehouse/shift operates efficiently with a strong focus on timely and accurate delivery of customer’s orders and by supervising, organizing and directing the warehouse workforce (loaders, assistants).

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Organize the warehouse to maintain product safety, cleanliness, and order, facilitating an efficient order fulfillment process.
- Efficiently receive and dispatch commodities, including transshipments, ensuring accuracy in physical counts and integrity of supplies against official documentation.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure effective warehouse management, inventory management, and optimal order fulfillment performance.
- Accurately record products received and dispatched in Kasha systems, ensuring precise documentation.
- Participate in monthly physical inventory stock counts, identifying gaps and variances in stock-take reports, and adjusting reports to meet Finance requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of returns in both physical stock and systems, providing accurate reports on current stock positions.
- Conduct daily warehouse closing reconciliations and accurate inventory checks, supporting internal control systems in line with warehouse management requirements.
- Perform daily inspections, prepare reports on supply quantities and quality, investigate stock discrepancies, and recommend solutions to enable informed decision-making.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched to customers and received on time, maintaining high service levels.
- Collaborate with sales teams, providing updates on shipment status and stock availability in the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to Kasha’s rules and regulations, actively spearheading fraud prevention measures within supply chain operations, and ensuring the proper use of corporate systems.

**Role Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience in warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, with practical, hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps, especially spreadsheets; familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar warehouse systems is a plus.
- Experience in planning and coordinating vehicle dispatches.
- Strong background in logistics and supply chain management, combining academic knowledge with operational expertise.
