We’re on the lookout for an experienced **Assistant Store Manager **in** Alexandra.**

**As an Assistant Store you will be responsible for**:

- Sales and Achievement of Sales Targets
- Stakeholder Management
- People Management
- Management of In-Store Operational and Promotional Activity

**What are we looking for?**

To qualify for this role, you should:

- 4 - 5 years’ general experience, with 1 -2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
- 2-3 years’ general experience as well as 1 -2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
- Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotion principles
- Knowledge of stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures
- Computer literacy (Basic to Intermediate)
- Customer service skills
- Results driven
- Planning & organising skills
- Customer focused
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
- Leadership skills
