**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, ensuring efficient and effective execution of merchandising plans in retail stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to improve results.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the merchandising team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor merchandising strategies to meet their objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and team management within the FMCG retail sector.
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience.
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license, own car and willingness to travel as required.
