Are you a detail-oriented individual with two years’ experience in an analytical data capturing role where you have used your meticulous attention to detail?

Excellent hybrid opportunity for our UK-based client, working from Cape Town.

Our International client requires a Data Capturer who excels in strong analytical skills to understand how management uses information collected from various platforms.

Advanced Excel is ESSENTIAL (Pivot tables, conditional formatting, Vlookup) for collating and verifying data from various sources before updating internal systems.

This role requires a self-starter and an uninterrupted internet connection.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 to 18:00

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with managing compliance with data protection legislation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with internal software systems.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data.
- Update internal databases to reflect changes and maintain data integrity.
- Track key company information such as portfolio size, block movements, gained/lost business, and relevant client data.
- Monitor internal processes and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of associated tasks.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and internal software systems to manage and process data.
- Highlight areas of concern to senior management promptly.
- Assist in setting up and improving company templates and processes.
- Compliance with observing the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
