Food preparation and serving
- Assist chefs with food preparation, such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients.
- Portion and plate food according to orders and quality standards.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Prepare and set up serving areas, like buffets or counters.
- Deliver food trays to customers or patients in different areas.

Cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene standards to prevent cross-contamination.
- Dispose of waste and manage recycling procedures.
- Restock food and supplies as needed.

Customer service and support
- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Take food orders and process payments accurately.
- Help resolve customer complaints or questions.
- Communicate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 11
- Proven work experience as a Griller
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From R28,79 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Work Location: In person
