**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantage
- Reside in Durban and surroundings and preferably have your own transport or has reliable transport.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must have 3 - 4 years sales experience in sales.
- Experience in generating referral leads.
- Insurance experience is an advantage.
- Individuals must have a successful and proven sales track record.
- Must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to influence and overcome objections successfully.
- Computer literate

- Must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile and deliver / exceed expectations [looking for individuals who have been recognized for this behavior]
- Must be performance driven and must have a proven track record
