**Role summary**

The Red Fox, an enterprising contributor in the sports betting industry, provides targeted marketing and operational support for two unique brands. With one brand enjoying established success and the other a burgeoning player in the sector, we are expanding our professional ensemble. We are currently looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Manager to oversee our clients' social media channels, ensuring engaging, consistent, and effective online presence.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role within the sports betting or related industry.
- Proficiency with multiple social media platforms, with a deep understanding of each platform's specific nuances and user base.
- Excellent content creation skills, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to convert ideas into powerful and engaging messaging.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with various audiences.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee our clients' social media profiles and platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals, working closely with our marketing team.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) to build meaningful connections and encourage community interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure all social media content aligns with our clients' brand identities and marketing strategies.
- Monitor, respond to, and facilitate online conversations with customers on our clients' social media platforms, fostering an active and engaged community.
- Create a social media content calendar and schedule posts in advance to ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Analyze social media performance and campaign data, providing regular reports to guide strategic decisions and enhance future performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, implementing these insights into our social media strategy.
