**Title: Treasury Execution & Operations**

**Reporting to: Group CFO**

We are recruiting a new role within a group finance team to assume ownership and responsibility of all execution of treasury operations across the group.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Engineering or similar;
- Corporate treasury experience for 5+ years is a must for this position;
- Lending industry experience not required;
- Flexibility for occasional travel;
- Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing world

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
***
- Set up ALM process and systems, including review of current treasury strategy;
- Executing accurately against the defined treasury strategy;
- Group wide liquidity management and cash forecasting oversight, in partnership with subsidiary finance teams;
- Reviewing of legal agreements; Compliance within lending arrangements (eg covenants); internal and external reporting;
- Continuous operational improvement across all treasury functions;
- Foreign currency exposure risk
